My grandpa accidentally clicked on something and now he's stuck with a Facebook scareware that won't let me close the browser window. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

You can try using Ctrl+W to close the tab or Alt+F4 to close the whole window. Those shortcuts usually do the trick!
If shortcuts don't work, a good option is to just restart the laptop. That often helps to clear things up.
But now it’s making this weird beep sound whenever he clicks the mouse, like a heart monitor! Any ideas on that?
