I'm having trouble with the Face ID on my iPhone 12. It doesn't seem to work at all, and the option to set it up is greyed out in the settings. I've already tried changing the screen protector and rebooting the phone, but nothing's worked. What else can I do to fix this?

Are you sure you're not wearing sunglasses when using Face ID? Also, double-check that the device is clean. Sometimes smudges can interfere with the system.
Does your iPhone have a case or screen protector that might be obstructing the camera? If so, consider removing them for a better connection.
This issue can sometimes be caused by dust or damage near the front camera. First, try restarting your phone. If the Face ID setup option remains greyed out afterward, it may require a repair from Apple.
