I'm having a tough time resetting my laptop because it can't find the recovery environment. I tried using the 'reagentc' command, but I received an error saying 'The Windows RE image not found.' I also downloaded the Windows ISO, but I'm not sure what steps to take with it after restarting. It seems like I'm stuck here. I know I could reset from the start screen, but I want to explore other options first before going down that route, especially since it requires a lot of effort.

When Windows has major issues like this, it often can’t repair or refresh itself effectively. The safest route is to reinstall it completely from a USB drive. There’s a standard guide available that shows how to create a bootable USB and the steps to install Windows from it. Just make sure to back up any important data from your laptop first!
Since this is a newer laptop, could reinstalling it affect my ability to return it later?
