Help! My Laptop is a Mess After Downgrading to Windows 10

I've been dealing with constant blue screens while booting my laptop, which is super frustrating. It turns out it was a software issue, so I tried resetting it several times, but no luck. After some research, I found a suggestion to downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10. I got a Windows 10 ISO, wiped my files, and booted from the ISO, which got rid of the blue screens! But then, I noticed there was no Wi-Fi—none of the drivers were installed. So, I spent two hours downloading Wi-Fi drivers on another computer and transferring them, but nothing worked. Now, I'm trying to go back to Windows 11, but I can't since I'm missing drivers to boot the Windows 11 ISO. I've been at this for two days, and I'm really stuck. Am I in trouble?

If you're still unable to go back to Windows 11, you might consider creating a bootable USB drive with the Windows 11 ISO on another computer. That way, when you boot from it, you can attempt a fresh install, and hopefully, it will grab the essential drivers during installation. Also, ensure to check your BIOS settings, as sometimes restoring to default can help recognize the USB drive properly.

That's a solid idea! I'll give that a try and see if it works.

It sounds like a real headache! First things first, you should try to find the driver for your laptop model directly on the manufacturer's website; they usually have the correct drivers available, even for older versions of Windows. If you can't find them for Windows 10, look specifically for Windows 11 drivers—you may be able to use those once you're back on 11. Don't lose hope yet; you might just need to reinstall 11 again and see if it reinstalls the necessary drivers on its own!

I actually tried that, but the only ones listed are for Windows 11, which is part of the problem!
