Help! My Laptop Seems to be Controlled by an Organization I’m Not Part Of

I recently got a Lenovo 7 2-in-1 laptop and set it up with my personal email. However, after logging into my school Microsoft Teams account briefly, I accidentally allowed access, but quickly logged out and denied access before any changes were made. Now, when I restart my laptop, I see a local admin account that I can't access. I deleted that account, but I can no longer change my personal password. I've tried accessing certain websites, and it seems like I'm getting blocked. I checked the settings, and it shows I'm not connected to any organizations, but I can't shake this issue. Can someone help me remove this problem from my laptop? I've heard that factory resetting might not work if it's still registered somehow with a school or organization.

First off, try this: Go to the Windows Settings app, then click on 'Accounts'. From there, look for 'Access work or school'. If you see any accounts listed, click to disconnect them. You’ll need to confirm, but this might help clear it up. Let me know if you hit a wall with this!

Oh, I see what you mean! If there are no organizations to remove, this might be a little trickier.
