Hey everyone, I'm having a tough time with my 7-year-old PC. It suddenly stopped turning on one day. Prior to this, I was dealing with random shutdowns and restarts while gaming, but my temps were normal, which made me suspect it was a power supply issue. I decided to replace the PSU, but unfortunately, that didn't resolve the problem.
I have two of the same motherboard that I bought together, and they both work with my old i5-7400 CPU. A friend lent me some CPUs to test: I've tried two i7-8700s, an i5-9400f, and an i5-8400. I went through all four CPUs on both motherboards with both PSUs, but none of them powered on.
The only CPU that works is the i5-7400, but I'm not getting any display. I'm really stuck here, and any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried updating the BIOS? Sometimes compatibility issues with newer CPUs can be resolved with a BIOS update.
That makes sense, but the issue is that I can't access the BIOS since it won't display anything. Is there a way to update it without a working display?
