Help! My New AM5 Build Crashes When Installing Windows 11

I'm having a really frustrating problem with my new AM5 build. Whenever I try to install Windows 11, my system crashes and shows a black screen during the process, specifically around 11 or 15%. However, when I boot into DLC BOOT, everything runs fine and I can stress test the CPU for over 40 minutes without any issues. I've already tried replacing multiple parts and testing things, including two different motherboards, various DDR5 RAM kits, and running the installation on a different PC (which works). But whenever I switch the SSD back to my build, I get the same crash again. Here are my specs: Ryzen 7 9800X3D, several motherboards (Gigabyte B850M Eagle WiFi6E ICE and Aorus Elite WiFi 7), RTX 5070 Ti GPU (also tried without it), Corsair RM1000e PSU, and multiple NVMe SSDs. I've reset the BIOS to defaults and toggled Secure Boot with no change. I'm at my wit's end—any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

When you get the black screen, does your PC stay stuck there, or does it reboot eventually? That might give us more clues about what's going wrong.

It sounds like your issue might be related to CSM or Secure Boot settings in the BIOS, or it could be caused by how Windows was mounted onto the USB. I ran into a similar issue before. I used RUFUS to remount the ISO and went through all the BIOS settings to disable security features temporarily during installation. Once Windows was installed, I was able to re-enable them. Also, you could try plugging an HDMI into a TV to see if it boots up correctly that way.
