Help! My New Gaming PC Just Boots to BIOS, What Should I Do?

I recently picked up a pre-built gaming PC from a coworker who realized it didn't have a graphics card. I got a good deal and installed my friend's old 1080TI into it. However, when I boot the PC with the monitor connected to the graphics card, I don't see anything. If I connect it to the motherboard, I can see the boot screen with options to enter BIOS with DEL and access the boot menu with F12, but nothing works beyond that. I've tried resetting the PC, removed the graphics card, and experimented with different USB ports and keyboards. I'm not too familiar with the technical side of things, but I'm eager to learn. Any suggestions?

When you say you're stuck in BIOS, what exactly do you see on the screen? Just checking if you're seeing the GIGABYTE logo and the options to enter BIOS and boot menu. If that’s all you're seeing, that's a good start! It sounds like your graphics card might not be fully set up yet.

Yeah, the screen shows the GIGABYTE logo along with the options. I can see things like DEL for BIOS and F12 for boot menu.
