I've been gifted a PC that seems to be struggling. It lights up when I turn it on, but the fans, monitor, Bluetooth mouse, and wired keyboard are not responding at all. I'm relatively new to this whole PC thing, so any insight would be super helpful! I previously got a recommendation from a friend to replace the power supply, which I did, but the issue still continues. I'm open to sharing pictures of the BIOS or the internal components for additional help. Here are the specs of the PC:
- **CPU:** Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K
- **CPU Cooler:** ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 280
- **GPU:** Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super
- **Motherboard:** ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E Gaming (not completely sure)
- **RAM:** 16 DDR4 x 2 (brand unknown)
- **PSU:** Corsair RM850e (new)
- **Hard Drive:** Toshiba DT01AC A200
- **PC Case:** ASUS ROG Strix GT15 (same as linked)
- **Monitors:** LG 32ML600M-B 32.0" 75Hz and AOC CU32V3 31.5" 60Hz Curved.

First thing you should do is check the motherboard for any POST (Power On Self Test) failure LEDs. This could give you a hint as to what's wrong. Just consult your motherboard manual for details on how to read them! Good luck!

Will try this as soon as I get home, thank you!
