I've recently built a new PC, and up until a few days ago, it was running perfectly. However, I've started experiencing crashes when playing demanding games like Cyberpunk and God of War. The screen goes blank without any video input, and all the fans ramp up to max speed. I suspect this may have started after I replaced a chipped RAM stick, but the new RAM passed all tests. Additionally, my PC has suffered multiple power outages recently. While I can play less intensive games like Valorant without any issues, it's the heavier titles that cause these crashes. I've tried reseating the PSU and GPU cables, resetting Windows, and reinstalling drivers. Here are my specs: Ryzen 9 5900X, GTX 2080ti, 32GB of RAM, a 750W PSU, and an ASRock PG Riptide motherboard. The seller suggests I need to pinpoint the faulty part. Any advice?

Since the issues started after the RAM replacement, I'd recommend testing without the new RAM. Go back to your old setup and see if the crashes occur again. It's possible that the current RAM might not be fully compatible even though it passed the health tests.
Make sure to monitor the temperatures while you're gaming! Overheating could be the culprit. Also, ensure that your GPU is connected using two separate power cables for optimal performance. Sometimes, a single cable can limit power delivery.
Check the Windows Event Viewer for any error logs. If you see entries for unexpected shutdowns, that's a major clue about what might be going wrong. You might want to share those logs for further analysis!
