I built my PC last summer and have encountered various issues, one of which was CPU overheating that led to shutdowns. Thankfully, that's been resolved. Currently, I'm struggling with my PC shutting off unexpectedly when playing Minecraft with shaders; it can happen within 15 minutes or after a few hours. I've tested my GPU and CPU using Furmark and Cinebench without any crashes, so I suspect it might be related to the BIOS (currently F36d) or the PSU. Here are my specs:
- OS: Windows 11
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
- GPU: SAPPHIRE RX7800XT GAMING 16GB
- PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 12 850W 80 Plus Platinum
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 EAGLE
- Storage: Lexar 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe NM620
- RAM: Lexar 32GB (2x16GB) 6000 CL38 THOR
- Cooler: ENDORFY Fera 5 120mm and 3 be quiet fans

I had similar shutdowns with my 6800 XT when I was running intensive graphics. After repasting the GPU, those issues disappeared, so it could be an overheating problem for your graphics card.
I think you might be talking about the CPU overheating, right? I undervolted mine, and it typically stays below 60°C while gaming.

I checked my temps too, and the GPU was under 80°C even during heavy benchmarking with Furmark for 30 minutes without any shutdowns.
