I'm experiencing some frustrating issues with my PC where the displays frequently go black, and the system freezes or shows random Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors. I'm currently using the latest version of Windows 11, and my system includes an RTX 5090 GPU, a 9800x3d CPU, a Lian Li Edge 1200W Gold+ PSU, 64GB of DDR5 RAM, and an ASRock Taichi motherboard. I also have a UPS connected to prevent damage from power outages.
As a content creator who works with resource-heavy software and enjoys gaming, these issues are becoming increasingly problematic. The BSOD errors I encounter include
1. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x0000003B)
2. VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR (0x119)
3. nvlddmkm.sys
I've used DDU to reinstall the latest drivers, and my BIOS isn't set to fast startup mode. My temperatures are stable, staying in the 40s to high 60s. However, I often face issues when attempting to restart my PC; sometimes it just powers off the displays but continues to run the fans, requiring a hard reset. Any assistance with this would be hugely appreciated!

It sounds like you might need to check for dump files related to the crashes. These files can give insight into what's going wrong. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files, zip them up, and upload them to a file sharing site. More dump files give better information for troubleshooting! You can follow some guides online if you need help with this process.
Have you thought about updating the firmware on your graphics card? Sometimes outdated firmware can lead to issues like this. It’s also worth checking your hardware components, as a faulty GPU, motherboard, or RAM could be to blame. If updating doesn't help, a fresh install of Windows might be a good way to rule out any software problems.
I haven't updated the firmware yet. I’ll look into it. Thanks!

Thanks for the tip! I'll check for those dump files and see what I can find.
