Help! My PC Has No Display Until I Mess with the Hardware

Hey everyone, I'm dealing with a really frustrating issue with my PC. About a week ago, it suddenly stopped showing any display on the monitor when I boot it up. The weird part is that I can hear sounds from the PC through my headphones, like app noises and such, but the monitor keeps showing 'no signal.' The only way I can get it to work is by resetting the CMOS, which gives me a display again, and the PC runs fine after that. However, if it goes to sleep, the problem happens again when I wake it up. I've tried a bunch of different fixes, and here's a quick rundown:

1. Reseated my RAM one stick at a time; this worked a couple of times.
2. Reseated my GPU, but it didn't help.
3. I got a new CMOS battery which fixed it occasionally, but the issue is still there.
4. I flashed the BIOS to a newer version, yet it didn't change anything.
5. Tested the monitor with an Xbox One, and it works fine. Haven't checked the Display Port cable since I don't have other devices to test it.
6. Tried connecting directly to the motherboard; still no display.
7. Removed my GPU stand to ensure it wasn't affecting the connection, but the issue came back.
8. I did a thorough check for shorts or pinched wires but didn't find anything.

Here are my specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor
- Motherboard: ASRock B550M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory
- GPU: Zotac GAMING Trinity GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 8 GB Video Card
- PSU: Corsair CV550 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

It might be a loose cable or even a broken solder joint. If you notice any cables that are under strain or often moved, check there first. That could very well be the culprit!

By the way, since your CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, connecting directly to the motherboard for output won't work even if everything else is fine.

Have you checked the motherboard diagnostics? Your manual should say how to test it. You can remove all RAM sticks and the GPU, and if it’s working fine, you’ll see a red light on the DRAM LED.
