Help! My PC is Stuck in a Boot Loop and Can’t Boot from USB

I've been stuck in a boot loop for the last three days, and it's driving me crazy! I've tried everything I can think of, including using a USB boot drive for Windows recovery, but I always end up back in the boot loop within seconds. I've tested my RAM, M.2 drive, and hard drive, and none of them seem to be the problem. I'm starting to wonder if my three-year-old CPU is failing or if my PSU, which is also three years old, might be the culprit. I've cleared the CMOS and even reset my M.2 drive with Windows on it in an attempt to reinstall from a bootable USB, but nothing seems to work. I'm desperate to get my PC running again and just want to identify the faulty part!

Sounds frustrating! If you've already tested the RAM and drives, it might really be the CPU or PSU. Sometimes, power supply units can show no signs of failure until they cause issues like this. If you have another PSU to test with, that might help you narrow it down!

Have you checked if the motherboard is okay? Sometimes boot loops can be caused by faulty connections or issues on the motherboard itself. Make sure everything is seated correctly and there are no visible signs of damage.

First off, try disconnecting all of your drives and booting only from the USB. If that doesn’t work, it might be worth checking if the USB stick is good—sometimes they can be the issue! Also, have you checked the power supply connections? A failing PSU can also cause boot issues. Good luck!

I did that, and I got to the installation screen, but then it looped again after a few seconds!
