I've been struggling with annoying stuttering issues on my PC for quite some time now, and honestly, it's driving me up the wall. My PC should be more than capable, so it's frustrating to see it perform this way after spending a chunk of money on it. Here are my specs:
- GPU: Radeon RX 7900 XTX
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800 X3D
- RAM: DDR4 32GB 3600Mhz CL16
- Storage: NVMe M.2 1TB
I've already tried a bunch of solutions—updating graphics drivers, ensuring everything's up to date with Windows, enabling D.O.C.P. in the BIOS, and checking that all connections are secure inside my PC. During gaming, my FPS seems stable, and the frame times look good too, including tests with tools like FurMark and CineBench. Is there anyone out there who has some insight or solutions to this problem?

One big issue with the Radeon 7900 series is that Windows Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling can cause stuttering, even if your FPS looks steady. Try turning it off! Just go to Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Default graphics settings and disable HAGS. Don't forget to restart your PC afterward.
I found this optimization guide that could help. Make sure to check the 'ongoing issue' section first, especially if you’re using an Xbox controller—that might fix it. If not, follow steps 1-12 to improve performance. I think the solution could be in steps 5, 8, 9, 11, or 12, so try those first. If issues persist, look at step 17 to ensure your components aren't overheating.

I've checked, and HAGS is already off for me, along with optimization settings for windowed games.
