Help! My PC Keeps Crashing: BSODs and Random Restarts

I'm experiencing some frustrating issues with my PC. It shuts down unexpectedly when I set my RAM to its rated speeds, and while I can get it to run at 2133MHz, I then encounter Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors like 'Unexpected Store Exception' and 'Kernel Inpage Error.' The screen just freezes, and I have to force a shutdown.

Here are my specs for context:
- **Motherboard:** Asrock B550M Pro 4
- **CPU:** Ryzen 5 5600
- **RAM:** Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 C16 (2x8GB)
- **Drives:** Samsung 970 Evo NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB (boot drive), Samsung PM981 NVMe PCIe M.2 512GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda, 2TB Seagate Barracuda
- **GPU:** MSI RTX 3060 (8GB) and Inno3D 1650 Super (4GB)
- **PSU:** Unsure of the specifics, but I think it's a bronze-rated 650W.

I've tried various troubleshooting methods, like testing with just the 3060, using different RAM speeds, reseating components, switching power outlets, updating my BIOS, and reinstalling Windows 11. DISM and SFC found nothing wrong, and chkdisk didn't detect issues on my drives.

I'm at a loss for where the issue might be before I invest in new parts. By the way, I also noticed coil whine from my 3060 after the last BIOS update, which might be unrelated but is still concerning.

It sounds like you could have a memory problem. I recommend running MemTest86+ for several passes at both 2133MHz and your rated speeds to check for any errors. If you do get errors, test each memory stick and slot individually to narrow it down. This could help you identify if it's a faulty RAM stick or a bad slot causing the issues.

How long should I run MemTest86+? I let it run for half an hour last time without any errors before a power outage.

Have you considered that it might be a faulty CPU? They can cause all sorts of weird behaviors and crashes. If you can eliminate other potential issues, that might be the next step to investigate.

Is there a way to specifically test the CPU without replacing it? I want to rule it out as a cause first.
