Help! My PC Keeps Crashing with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Blue Screens

Hey everyone, I recently upgraded my PC last month, but since early June, I've been hit with several random Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors, particularly with the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL message. I've already gone through a bunch of troubleshooting steps: I've updated my drivers (I even found and fixed one missing driver), scanned my RAM and found no issues, and I've tinkered a bit with the PC console. However, it crashed again just an hour ago while I wasn't even doing anything intensive. I tried using Bluescreenview to analyze the crashes, but I'm really lost on what the details mean. From what I've seen online, it seems to relate to unauthorized memory usage, but I don't want to wipe everything out like I've heard might help. I prefer other options if possible!

Also, I've got the folder with the DMP error files if anyone can help with that. Here's the link to access them: [DMP Files](https://www.mediafire.com/file/o9udi2la0att8bx/BSOD_dmp.zip/file)

First off, make sure your BIOS settings are working fine. If they’re stable, go ahead and update your motherboard BIOS to the latest version. You can grab that from the MSI website—it should be version 7B86vHN. After that, update your AMD chipset drivers too, as these can sometimes fix issues like yours. Just ensure to pick the right chipset driver from the AMD site. Sometimes mixing up the proper drivers can lead to problems! Let me know if the crashes stop after that!

Thanks for the tip! My BIOS is from around 2020; should I go for the latest one, or might it cause issues? I read some folks say it’s safer to use earlier versions.

It sounds like you're dealing with some tricky BSOD issues! First things first, you've got to check for those dump files since they give insight into what went wrong. If you're able to boot into Windows, you can look for them in the C:WindowsMinidump folder. Once you've got them, pack the folder up in a zip file and upload it to a site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com, since Reddit might block some file hosts. Having multiple dump files is best for analysis, so if you can set it up to create small memory dumps, that could help too! Check out this guide for details on how to do it: [Windows 10 Minidump Setup](https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-configure-windows-10-create-minidump-bsod.html). Good luck!

Got it! I'll check for those files. What if I only find one? Is it still useful?
