I've been dealing with a slow computer lately, so I tried using the reset tool today. I chose the local install option and everything seemed to go well until I hit this screen that says, 'Almost done now. We just need to get a few more things polished up for you, and Windows will be all yours. Looking forward to helping out!' It's been stuck here for over four hours, and I'm not sure if I should just power it off or wait it out. Any advice?

It sounds like your reset might be stuck, which can happen sometimes. Generally, if it's been stuck for more than a few hours, it's probably a good idea to power it off. Once it's off, you can try reinstalling Windows using a USB drive. It's a more reliable way of getting everything back to normal. Good luck!

What should I do now after powering it off?
