I just got my new PC, and after one hour of use, I'm encountering some serious issues. The monitor starts flashing colors and goes black when I run games. I have to keep restarting my PC because the monitor won't show anything, despite the PC continuing to run normally. Even unplugging and replugging the cables doesn't help. Monitoring CPU usage shows it spikes to 100% while the GPU only hits around 6-12%. Strangely, every time this happens, my GPU driver gets uninstalled, which means I have to reinstall it to see it in my task manager. After experiencing multiple crashes, I decided to hard reset my PC from Windows, but now the monitor won't display anything at all, not even the BIOS. The monitor detects a signal for every port I try, but all I get is a black screen. Here are my specs:
- Case: NZXT H5 Flow
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X
- Cooler: Cooler Master 360 Elite Liquid
- Graphics: GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 WINDFORCE 12GB

- Storage: Fikwot FN501 Pro 2TB
- RAM: Team T-CREATE EXPERT 32GB (2 x 16GB) 6000 MT/s
- PSU: Enermax CF 850W
- Fans: 3x Cm ARGB + 2x TL-S12W-S + 1 NZXT white 120

You might want to reset your BIOS by removing the battery from the motherboard for about 5 minutes before putting it back. That sometimes helps with display issues. Just turn off your PC while you're doing it.
Make sure your RAM is properly seated. If it's not, it could cause display issues. Also, check if your RAM is on the motherboard's compatibility list.
The flashing colors and driver issues strongly suggest a problem with your GPU, likely related to the VRAM. Given your power supply is solid, I wouldn't worry about power issues. You should try using the integrated graphics first. Remove the RTX 5070 completely and connect your monitor to the motherboard. If it posts, it's likely the GPU that's faulty. If that’s the case, you’ll need to look into RMAing it.
So just to clarify, if my PC works without the GPU, that means the GPU is the problem? Any chance of fixing it? Thanks a ton for the advice!

I tried that with the reset CMOS button on my case, but it didn’t make a difference.
