Help! My PC Won’t Boot After Changing a BIOS Setting

I've been trying to revive an old PC with the following specs: i7 3770, IPMMB-FM motherboard, and 2x3GB + 2x4GB of DDR3 RAM. Initially, I turned it on but couldn't get a signal with the onboard graphics, so I plugged in a graphics card (1050ti). It posted fine. While in the BIOS, I saw an option to enable integrated graphics, which was off, so I switched it on and rebooted. That's when I could get to the OS but couldn't re-enter the BIOS after a few tries. I then moved the DVI cable to the motherboard but got no post at all. After removing the graphics card, I still had no luck. I decided to reset the BIOS by taking out the CMOS battery, but the PC still doesn't post. The graphics card works perfectly in another PC, and the problematic machine powers on with fans and lights but has no graphic signal from any ports. I've also tried to boot without the drive, but nothing has worked. Any ideas on what to try next?

It's possible that resetting the BIOS didn't fully work if the PC was still retaining some power. Make sure to unplug it and hold the power button to drain any residual power. It's strange though that the BIOS change acted up like that. Have you checked if there’s a secondary dropdown for the display settings in the BIOS? Sometimes it can interfere with the outputs if they're not set correctly.

Yeah, I made sure to disconnect everything and wipe the power. I thought that would help, but no luck getting back into the BIOS! I tried spamming the delete key but only got to see the OS boot.
