Help! My PC Won’t Boot Past the Pegador Logo

I need some help with my computer. It's not booting properly and gets stuck right after the Pegador logo appears. I've tried booting it multiple times, resetting the BIOS to the default settings, and even removing the BIOS battery. After 45 minutes of trying, nothing seems to work. When I start it up, the BIOS loads just fine, but then it goes to a black screen with just my mouse cursor showing a loading symbol. I'm open to any ideas that could help. Sorry if I didn't categorize this correctly!

If you don't have any important files that you need to keep, it might be best to just reinstall Windows. It could save you a lot of time and headache.

You could also try turning your PC off and on about five times to see if that gets you into Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). From there, you could run it in safe mode and check for what might be causing the issue, like a corrupted boot drive post-update.

Is there anything specific I need to watch out for when reinstalling? The important stuff for me is mainly on Steam and Epic Games, and those are cloud-based. But anything related to my hardware?

Just so you know, I’ve had a similar issue before, and it might be linked to that recent graphics driver update you did. Sometimes that can mess with the boot process.
