I'm having a frustrating issue where my PC doesn't recognize any sound devices when I plug them into the audio jacks, both in the front and back. I've checked, and my Windows is fully updated, along with my BIOS. The "high definition audio device" should show up in the sound settings, but it's missing even though I've downloaded the drivers from the Gigabyte website multiple times. I've seen other people fix similar issues simply by reinstalling drivers. I've also heard that the "Microsoft UAA audio bus" should be present in system devices, but instead, I see a different one called "High definition audio controller." Am I missing something else?

It sounds like you've done a lot already! Just to clarify, have you confirmed your motherboard model? Sometimes the specific driver for your model can be tricky to find even on the manufacturer's site. Also, check if your audio settings in Windows are set to the correct device. Right-click the volume icon in the taskbar, select 'Playback devices,' and see if your output is listed there. If it's not showing up, there might be a deeper issue with the hardware or the audio services in Windows.
Yeah, I downloaded them from the motherboard’s official site; I'm using the Gigabyte B760M DS3H AX DDR4. Never had trouble before this! Everything seems up-to-date if I check through Device Manager.
