I'm having a major issue with my ASUS B650E MAX Gaming WiFi setup that I really need help with. Here's what I've got: an AMD Ryzen 9800X3D CPU, a Gigabyte RTX 5060 Ti Gaming OC 16GB GPU, 32GB of Acer Predator DDR5 RAM, and a Samsung Evo NVMe M.2 for storage. I initially enabled a RAID profile in the BIOS without properly setting it up, which caused Windows on the NVMe drive to get corrupted. That's when I started seeing the ACPI BIOS ERROR (0xA5). I tried clearing the CMOS by removing the battery for several hours to reset the BIOS.
Right now, my PC powers on—the fans are running, and the LEDs on the GPU and RAM light up—but I get no display output. My keyboard and mouse are unresponsive, and I can't even enter the BIOS. I've tested a minimal setup with just the CPU, GPU, and one RAM stick, and I've switched video outputs and cables with no success. I also attempted a BIOS Flashback, using the correct USB port and FAT32 format, but the Flashback button doesn't seem to work. The USB lights up briefly and then goes off.
It seems like the motherboard is receiving power, but there could be a corruption issue with the BIOS that's preventing everything from initializing. Has anyone else dealt with an issue like this on ASUS AM5 boards? Is an external BIOS reflash or programmer my only option now? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like your issue could stem from the RAID settings rather than a full BIOS failure. When you switched to RAID, it could have messed with your installation. You might want to switch the setting back to AHCI in the BIOS when possible. Also, when you clear the CMOS, give your system some time—sometimes it can take a while for the memory training process to complete. Just power it on and leave it for 30-60 minutes before checking again.

It's been 45 minutes, and I'm still stuck at no display.
