I'm new to PC building and was trying to optimize my system by checking the BIOS settings for memory allocation. Unfortunately, I think I raised the memory settings too high while following a tutorial, and now I don't get any display on my monitor. I have 16 GB of DDR4 RAM and have tried switching out cables and displays, but I don't have any spare RAM to swap out. I'm worried that I'm just fixating on the wrong issue here. What should I do?

First off, no worries! It happens to the best of us. When you power on your PC, do you see any lights or hear any beeps? If the fans are spinning and everything seems normal but still gets no display, you might want to reset the BIOS by taking out the battery on the motherboard for a few minutes and then putting it back in. This might help return everything to default settings. Let me know how it goes!
Taking some time to chill is a good idea! If your PC turns on without any beeping sounds but still no display, this could be a graphics issue. Even if you don’t have extra RAM, check if your graphics card is seated properly. If you have onboard graphics, try connecting your display to that instead, just to rule out any issues with the dedicated card. Good luck!
