I recently upgraded my cooling system by replacing an old Arctic 360 AIO cooler with a new Arctic Liquid Freezer III PRO 360. I have a TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI D4 motherboard paired with an Intel i9-12900k CPU. After the installation, my PC is not posting at all. While I can see the RGB lights and hear the pump, there's no output on the monitor, and the keyboard and mouse aren't lighting up. I tried reconnecting the old AIO cooler, but still nothing. I'm really stuck and would appreciate any advice!

It sounds like you might have a motherboard issue since the USB ports aren't getting power. Try connecting your HDMI to the motherboard instead of the GPU to see if you can get a display. Also, make sure all the GPU cables are securely plugged in.
Have you checked all your connections? Sometimes a loose cable can cause these issues. If possible, share some photos of your setup to help visualize what might be off.
If the CPU is heating up without the cooler plugged in, that's a good sign it's okay. But not being able to get any display means it's worth trying to reseat components or check for any potential shorts. Make sure to clear the BIOS after removing the battery.
