Hey everyone! I recently tweaked some BIOS settings on my PC, turning on Precision Boost Overdrive to 80 Level 3. However, I also accidentally changed the system memory multiplier from 60 to 120, and now my PC refuses to boot. There's no display on my monitor, the fans don't power up, and no lights are showing, though the backlight on my keyboard turns on, indicating the power supply is working. Unfortunately, I can't access the BIOS either. I've been trying to troubleshoot this for hours and started with a CMOS reset—first, I just removed the battery for a couple of seconds, then I left it out for 15 minutes and tried again, but still no luck. I built this PC a few months ago and it has been running smoothly since, so I'm certain it's not faulty hardware. I've also reseated the RAM and removed the GPU to attempt booting again. When I press the Q-Flash button, the fans spin and the lights come on briefly, but then stop after a few seconds. Any advice on how to proceed with troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated! Here are my specs: ASRock Steel Legend 9070XT, 7800X3D, 64GB DDR5 G. Skill Flare, B650 Aorus Elite AX V2, running Windows 11.

Do you see any warning lights on your motherboard? When you hit the Q-Flash button, did you notice a red light labeled 'CPU'? That might indicate there's an issue there. It’s odd that adjusting a memory setting would trigger a CPU light, though.
It sounds like you're dealing with a tough issue. Make sure to remove the battery to reset the BIOS, then turn the PC on and wait for about 2 minutes. Just be aware that since you're not getting any boot, it might not respond at all.
Power everything down and unplug all devices. Press the power button for about 10 seconds to discharge any residual power. Then, remove the CMOS battery for about 30 seconds before putting it back in. This might help reset things! Also, check YouTube for tutorials on clearing CMOS for your specific motherboard.
