A few weeks ago, my PC just stopped working. I replaced the power supply, but that didn't help. I tested the RAM and GPU on another machine, and they worked fine. So, I decided to get a new CPU and motherboard, but after installing everything, it still won't turn on! The motherboard has a light that turns on, but I can't get the fans to start up. I'm really stuck and need some advice.

It's possible you might have received a faulty power supply, even if it’s a new one. It can happen sometimes. But before jumping to conclusions, make sure all your connections are tight. If the fans aren't running, it might be a power issue. I recommend reseating everything, especially the CPU and the power cables for the motherboard.
Try doing a bare minimum test: leave only one stick of RAM, the CPU with its cooler, and see if anything changes when you power it up without all the other components connected. If that doesn't work, one of those parts might be faulty. If it does work, you can start reconnecting things one by one to find the culprit.
I did that once and it turned out to be a loose cable! Double-check everything, including the power supply connections.
