I've just installed Windows 11, and I'm having a really frustrating issue. Whenever I click inside certain applications or games, the screen flickers and the taskbar icon jumps around. During this flickering, my inputs are ignored, which is incredibly annoying. I've already tried a bunch of things like changing display cables, reinstalling drivers and programs, running system file checker, and adjusting resolutions. This problem has only started happening on Windows 11. Any advice would be appreciated!

I can confirm it’s a desktop setup, and it’s not an input issue. I've already tested different peripherals, but the problem persists. I even made a video to show the flickering. Check it out here: https://youtube.com/shorts/6Cxfoa_zUl8?si=dZtlCZsyGtJ3Ayvt.
If you can, try recording a video of the flickering issue, even with your phone. It might help others understand exactly what’s going on.
Are you on a laptop or a desktop? Have you tried a different keyboard or mouse to rule out input issues?
