Help! My Rebuilt PC Won’t POST After Upgrades

Hey everyone! I recently upgraded my PC by replacing the motherboard with a B650E Gaming WiFi, an AMD 7600X CPU, a stick of 16GB DDR5 RAM, a cooler, and I'm reusing my RX 7900 GPU. When I first powered it on, the screen recognized the new CPU and prompted me to enable FTPM. After that, things went silent. The power button flashes slowly (about every 8 seconds), and I can't access the BIOS. I've double-checked that the GPU and RAM (installed in slot A2) are fitted correctly and verified all the connections, but my monitor stays blank. I've even removed and reinserted the motherboard battery and attempted a BIOS flashback without any improvement. The monitor doesn't display anything when connected to either the GPU or the motherboard. Am I overlooking something? Thanks for any help!

Have you checked the LEDs on the motherboard? They're usually located at the top right and can indicate potential issues. Also, there's some helpful troubleshooting info in the manual or online.

I checked, but my board doesn’t have the LEDs. Instead, it signals different states with the power button flash patterns.

Make sure to inspect your power supply. I once had a new one that seemed okay but wasn’t delivering full power to drives and the GPU. Also, double-check all connections and jumper settings just to be safe.

I haven’t done a specific check on the PSU. The fans and lights all come on, so I thought it was fine.
