I'm having a major issue with my Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 (GA401QM model) while trying to mirror my screen to a TV after a recent Windows update. My specs include an AMD Ryzen 9, AMD Radeon graphics, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, 16GB of RAM, and I'm currently on Windows 11. Previously, everything was working perfectly when I mirrored my screen wirelessly to my TV, but now I experience constant flickering, my mouse resets to the center of the screen, and settings keep looping unexpectedly. I've tried uninstalling the update, using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to reinstall graphics drivers, adjusting refresh rates, and everything else I can think of, but nothing seems to fix it. To make matters worse, my laptop is significantly slower now, even when using the TV as a second screen. I really don't want to format my system since everything was functioning fine before the update. Can anyone give me advice on how to resolve this?

Since you mentioned it worked perfectly on Windows 10, this issue seems directly linked to the update. Sometimes, updates can mess with settings or drivers. Have you checked your TV's screen mirror settings? Also, make sure you’re not trying to run everything at too high a refresh rate—try sticking to 60 Hz for simplicity, especially if flickering keeps happening. You might also want to consider resetting your TV’s settings, just in case there's something awry there too.
You might want to try using the hotkey combination **Win + P** to adjust your display settings back. After hitting that, use the up arrow to toggle through the monitor configurations and press Enter to select. Also, it’s worth checking if there are any optional updates for your graphics drivers waiting in Windows Update, as these might help. Remember, when mirroring, both devices need to agree on a resolution and refresh rate; try messing around with those settings as well because mirroring can be super finicky about those. Lastly, testing your network speed could help to rule out bandwidth issues—good luck!
Thanks! I was able to access the Projector menu, but the screen still keeps adjusting randomly almost like it’s trying to sync over and over, which is exhausting. I wish it would just work like it did before!

I haven’t reset the TV settings yet. I’ll give that a shot next. Just feels frustrating that everything was fine before the update!
