I was trying to take a screenshot while gaming, but I accidentally pressed too many buttons, and now my screen looks all messed up. I restarted my PC, but that didn't help at all. The best way to describe it is that everything seems to have a dark mode on, with white outlines. On certain websites and apps, the links are light blue, and it looks like everything is highlighted. My desktop wallpaper has turned into a sort of dark gray screen, and I'm seeing a bright yellow border around apps like File Explorer and settings. I have no idea what I pressed—maybe it was Tab + Alt + Print Screen while trying to check my scoreboard. I'm not very tech-savvy, and it's hard to explain without photos. Any help would be appreciated!

Did you perhaps activate colorblind mode by mistake? You can check this by pressing Windows key + Ctrl + C. Maybe that’s what's causing the colors to look strange.
It sounds like you unintentionally activated high contrast mode! You can turn it off by pressing `Left Alt + Left Shift + Print Screen`. If you see a pop-up asking if you want to disable it, just click yes.
Omg, that was it. Thank you so much!!
Thank you for the suggestion! I tried it just now but there was no change, so I don’t think that’s it.
