Help! My USB Drivers Disappeared After Factory Reset

I recently did a factory reset on my computer because I was experiencing several BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) errors. Now, I've lost the drivers for my USB devices, including a specific driver called the "hotkey keyboard filter driver." I've searched everywhere for a solution, watched numerous videos, but nothing seems to work. This is just the tip of the iceberg, and I'm feeling overwhelmed. Can anyone assist me?

It sounds like you might need to provide a bit more detail to get better help. What motherboard are you using? Also, when you say factory reset, what exactly did you do? Have you checked the manufacturer's website for the latest drivers for your motherboard? Getting that information will really help anyone trying to assist you.

Sorry for the confusion! I'm using a Gigabyte B760M C V2 motherboard. My processor is an Intel i9-14900f and I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 with 32 GB of RAM. The BSOD issues have been a nightmare, showing errors like 'KMODE Exception Not Handled' and 'page fault in nonpaged area ntfs.sys.' I thought maybe it was a RAM issue, but swapping them didn't work. After the reset, I wanted to upgrade back to Windows 11, but I now have no drivers for anything except my mouse. Any advice?

First things first, let’s gather some crash dump files if you can. These files are crucial for diagnosing BSOD issues. If you can access Windows normally or through Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files. If you have some, zip that folder and upload it to a file sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. More dump files will help us analyze the problem better. If you don’t have any, make sure to follow the guide on creating small memory dumps for future reference.
