Hey everyone! My cousin had issues with his computer, and we thought it was the processor. I borrowed mine to test it out, but when I returned home and reinstalled it, I found some bent pins. I carefully straightened them, and the PC turned on without issue. However, the video card is now completely unresponsive. No fans spin, and there's no signal to the monitor. I checked the power supply and saw the LED light up red when I connected it, but it disappeared when I plugged the power cable back in. I even cleaned the board with isopropyl alcohol, but nothing has improved. I'm out of ideas here. Any suggestions?

First off, double-check those CPU pins again. If they're not perfectly aligned, it can prevent the system from initializing properly. It might sound trivial, but even a small misalignment can cause serious issues. Also, make sure that your motherboard and the CPU physically fit each other—sometimes, it’s an easy oversight!
Yeah, definitely verify the fit! I made that mistake once and it was a pain to resolve. Good luck!
