I've been struggling with video quality issues on my new PC, which has an RTX 5070 Ti and an i7 14700F, all running at 1440p. The videos are always pixelated and grainy, no matter where I watch them – it's not just YouTube, it's all over. I've tried various solutions, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this?

Hey there! Have you double-checked if your video resolution settings are correctly configured for your monitor? It might help to share a picture of your display to better diagnose the issue.
Yeah, I'm using the highest refresh rate, and my resolution settings seem fine.
Have you updated your drivers and BIOS? That could be a key factor. Also, if it's not fixed, it might be worth considering taking it back to Best Buy for a checkup.
Yeah, my DisplayPort is connected to the GPU, not the CPU, so that shouldn't be an issue.
Totally understand the builder's regret. I grabbed a pre-built as well since the deal was amazing, but I might take it back if it's not working right.
This could actually be an internet issue. If you're using WiFi, bad reception might affect video quality. Try right-clicking a YouTube video and selecting 'stats for nerds' to see if there are any clues.
I checked the connection speed, and it's showing good results (23423 kbps). Plus, it's happening even with offline videos.

I was having trouble uploading a picture to show my settings.
