Which Motherboard Should I Choose for My Upgrade?

I'm planning to upgrade my motherboard, CPU, and RAM, and I found two budget options: ASRock B850M Pro-A WiFi and ASRock B850M-X WiFi R2.0. I've already decided to go with the Ryzen 5 9600X for the CPU, but I'm still uncertain about the RAM. Here's what I currently have in my PC setup: a Montech Air 900 ARGB case, a Phantek AMP 550W 80+ Gold power supply, a Cryorig H7 cooler, a Kingston A400 960GB SSD, and an RX 570 4GB video card.

Honestly, I'd recommend steering clear of ASRock motherboards if you can. There are better alternatives out there!

What specifically are you looking for in a motherboard?

Has ASRock fixed their issues with CPU failures? Personally, I'd suggest considering the Gigabyte B850M DS3H or the MSI motherboards. The pricing is similar, and you might get more reliability with them. Plus, think about getting a larger NVMe drive; it'll make a noticeable difference in speed compared to your Kingston SSD!

What do you think about the Gigabyte B850M DS3H? I saw it doesn’t have wireless, but my current board doesn’t either. Is wireless a big deal for you?
