Help! My Windows 11 Installation is Stuck in a Restart Loop

I decided to do a clean install of Windows 11 after having Windows 10. I created a bootable USB with the installation media and started the process. During the installation, I got a message saying I needed to install drivers to recognize my hardware. I checked Gigabyte's support page and installed the necessary drivers, which allowed me to proceed with the installation steps. However, my PC kept restarting multiple times. Eventually, I got a message saying, 'We ran into an error, we will restart your PC.' Now it's stuck in a loop where it keeps restarting, and I'm worried I might have broken my expensive PC which I bought for £1100. What should I do?

Make sure you have a backup of all your important data before trying any installations, as tweaking BIOS settings or disk setups can lead to data loss. You might want to check any FAQs or guides about Windows installations to avoid these kinds of loops in the future!

It sounds frustrating, but try this: turn off your PC, then turn it back on and access the BIOS. From there, set it to boot from the USB drive with the OS again and attempt to reinstall Windows. This might help break the loop you’re stuck in.

Good luck! Let me know how it goes once you’re back from helping your mom.

Just a heads up, if you deleted your previous drives for a clean install, you might run into issues finding space for the new install. Keep that in mind!
