I've been having some serious problems with my Windows 11 computer. Earlier today, when I booted it up, it got stuck in a reboot loop and wouldn't fix itself. The log file referenced was "C:WINDOWSSystem32LogfilesSrtSrtTrail.txt". The home screen appeared, but the display was jittery, and both the cursor and screen kept flashing. If I tried to log in, the PC would reboot after a while.
Afterward, I decided to reinstall Windows. I tried doing it through the troubleshoot option, but that didn't work, so I created a bootable USB. Booting from the USB went well at first, but when I reached the point of setting my pin code, the PC started lagging and jittering again, with the same flashing screen. Eventually, it crashed and rebooted once more. Now I'm back at square one with no idea what to try next.
I should note that I haven't done anything unusual with my system lately, like changing settings or installing new applications. The most significant change was the installation of Windows 11 last month. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like your issue could be tied to the graphics card. A "jittery" screen is often a sign of GPU problems. Before diving deeper, could you share your PC specs? That might help in figuring out the root cause.
From what you described, it also seems like the jitters only happen once you're logged into Windows. If that's the case, it could also indicate a driver issue, especially after a fresh install. Have you tried booting in safe mode to see if that changes anything?
Have you checked your system BIOS settings or looked into the disk setup? Sometimes adjustments there can lead to weird issues like data loss or performance problems. And don't forget to keep backups of your data just in case.
