For some reason, my Windows 11 PC has suddenly stopped responding to any apps, including the Terminal and even the Start button. Nothing seems to work, and I don't have a GPU. I'm really unsure of what to do next since I can't access any settings or tools.

If you can't open the Command Prompt, that's tricky! But try booting your PC into safe mode. From there, you might be able to access recovery options or troubleshoot further.
Start by backing up any important files, just in case you end up needing to reinstall Windows. If you have the system restore feature enabled, try rolling back to an earlier restore point. If that's not an option, you can run a couple of commands in Command Prompt (can you access it at all?) like 'sfc /scannow' and 'Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth' to let Windows try and fix itself. If nothing works, you might need to reinstall Windows from a USB.
