Help! My Windows PC Won’t Boot Past UEFI

I restarted my computer, and now it won't boot. Instead, I'm getting the UEFI error screen that tells me to boot in UEFI or with a key in MBR, but neither option works. I've tried using a standard Windows ISO, a cracked version, booting in MBR (which doesn't work because my disk doesn't support it), in GPT mode, with Compatibility Support Module (CSM) on and off, and adjusting the boot priority in every possible order. I've also toggled the TPM 2.0 settings, both on and off, but nothing seems to help. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

It sounds like that installation is gone. If you have important data on there, I recommend using a live OS USB drive like Hiren's (based on Windows 11) or any Linux distro. You can run them from the USB and recover your files. After that, check out a standard guide for installation. Make sure to delete all partitions on your system drive during the setup (just disconnect any other drives to avoid confusion). If you run into an error while doing this, make sure to note the exact error message and share it for more help.

I've done something similar with Rufus before but never attempted to recover my data. I'll give this a shot. Quick question: do I need to keep my TPM 2.0 on for the setup, and if I want to enable it later, do I need to turn off the PTT? That's been a bit confusing.
