I recently replaced a DVR system at work, and now almost none of the cameras are functioning. We did replace the power source for the cameras, but I'm struggling to find the right BNC connectors that fit the existing cables. The cables are RG59 type, specifically labeled as "siamese RG59 95% braid E330898 18AWG 2 CONDS+20AWG 1 COND CCTV ISO9001 UL 0947FT 1003004." If you have any questions for clarification, feel free to ask! Unfortunately, I couldn't upload any photos to help illustrate the situation.

Could you link the compression tool you mentioned? Also, when you refer to the 'jacket,' are you talking about the rubber or plastic sheath on the cable where it indicates the type and distance?
I recently worked on a similar project where I ordered around 150 BNC connectors. They weren't great at first, but I found that using a heat gun to warm the cable jacket made a huge difference! After that, they fit perfectly. If you can, try to get connectors with a little window so you can see how far the cable is inserted. I used a Milwaukee 18v heat gun for this, and it made the challenging part of the project a breeze.
