Hey everyone, I'm having some trouble with my AWS account which has been suspended while I have a live app running. I've been stuck in the chat queue all day with no responses. I'm wondering if there's any way to get read-only access to my database and S3 during this suspension, or if my data is now owned by AWS.

It sounds really frustrating to be in that situation! Generally, if your account is suspended, you won’t be able to access most services, including your database and S3, unless AWS allows some special access. It's best to directly contact AWS support and provide them with your case ID to expedite the process.
I’m really sorry for the delay you're experiencing. Make sure to send them your case ID as a private message so they can look into your specific situation. Once they review it, they should get back to you with more info. Hang tight!
It’s strange that your billing is increasing even during suspension. Normally, suspended accounts shouldn’t accrue charges, but there might be costs related to data storage or other services still active. Keep an eye on it and make sure to mention it when you get in touch with support!
