Help! New CPU and Motherboard but No Signal on Startup

I've just built a new gaming desktop with an Intel Core i7-12700K, an MSI B760 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard, and 32GB of DDR5 RAM. I also reused my RTX 3060 GPU, a 250GB M2 SSD, and two 1TB WD HDDs. However, when I power it on, the DRAM yellow light on the motherboard lights up, and I get no output signal to the monitor. I've tried reseating the RAM sticks, booting with just one stick, replaced the CPU, and even attempted to start without the graphics card and HDDs, but nothing works. The new components were all taken out of the box today, and the other parts were functioning correctly in my previous setup. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution? I've been troubleshooting for about four hours now and am feeling pretty lost.

Hey! First off, make sure you hear both clicks when you insert each RAM stick. The yellow DRAM light can indicate a problem with the RAM. Another possibility, in my experience, is that the motherboard itself might be defective—happened to me once! Also, verify that your power supply is adequate; while I doubt that's an issue given your hardware, it's something to check. Does the yellow light stay constant, or does it change at any point? You might also want to try booting without the GPU just to rule that out. Lastly, check the CPU for any bent pins. Good luck with your build!

I've made sure I heard both clicks when I installed the RAM. The yellow light stays constant without changing to white, and I unplugged the GPU to test it, but still no luck. I checked the CPU pins when I replaced it, and they're fine. I'm starting to worry it might be a motherboard issue.
