I've got a Lenovo laptop that's almost two years old, and I'm dealing with a frustrating issue. The keys in the upper left corner, like A, Q, 1, Esc, and Tab, are acting weird. Sometimes they work perfectly, but other times, they just won't respond at all, no matter what I do. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Yeah, definitely try the USB keyboard! That can give you a better idea if it’s a software glitch or a hardware problem. If the USB keyboard works fine, it could just be that the internal keyboard needs cleaning or replacing.
Have you tried connecting a USB keyboard? That could help determine if it's an issue with the laptop itself or just the built-in keyboard. If you don't have one, it might be worth borrowing one to test it out.
