I was in the middle of installing a game when I encountered a blue screen crash. Ever since then, I've been stuck on the UEFI BIOS utility screen and can't get past it. I've tried changing some settings, unplugging everything multiple times, and swapping around cables, but nothing seems to work. I really need help figuring this out!

To really get to the bottom of the blue screen issue, we need to look for any dump files. If you can get into Windows normally or even via Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump directory for any crash logs. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a file sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. If you don't have any, you might want to change your dump settings to Small Memory Dump, which can help you keep logs for future crashes.

Have you tried accessing the recovery mode? It might give you some options to repair your system instead of being trapped in the BIOS.

Nope, I always end up back in the BIOS menu whenever I try.

Can you still access the BIOS? That's usually one place we can check for settings or options that might help you out.

Yes, that's the only thing that's working for me right now.
