I'm having trouble with my Windows 11 setup. I wanted to enable Secure Boot since some games I play like Warzone and Valorant need it, along with having TPM 2.0 active. I've followed all the official guidelines meticulously: my TPM is on, CSM is off, and I've set up a clean UEFI. However, the moment I enable Secure Boot, my PC just refuses to boot—it gets stuck in an endless loop, constantly returning to the BIOS. Can anyone provide some insight or solutions?

Have you checked your boot order in the BIOS? Sometimes, after changing settings, the boot sequence can get scrambled. Just ensure that your primary drive is set as the first boot device.
It sounds like your system partition might be incorrectly formatted. You have a couple of options to tackle this issue. First, backup all your important files and create a Windows USB installer. Once that’s done, add your network drivers onto the USB stick. Adjust your BIOS settings accordingly and boot from the USB. Then, go for a fresh Windows installation, deleting all partitions when you reach that step. After that, you can restore your data and reinstall your apps.
If you'd rather keep your data intact, there’s a more complex way to go about it. You can use Macrium Reflect (the free version works great) to create a backup image of your drive on an external disk. Then follow the same fresh installation steps. Once that's done, restore only the main data partitions, leaving the system partition untouched. After finishing, just plug the drive back in and everything should boot up as normal.

I doubt that's the case. From my experience, Windows 11 requires GPT partitions, so you should be good there.
