I'm having trouble connecting to Bluetooth on my computer. The Bluetooth controller is recognized in the BIOS, and it's enabled, but there's no Bluetooth driver appearing in the Device Manager. When I try to connect, it just says 'couldn't connect.' For reference, I have an ASUS TUF B550 motherboard.

Have you downloaded and installed the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers from the support page for your motherboard? That could be a key step if you haven't done it yet.
Do you have the Wi-Fi version of the ASUS TUF B550? If not, then it won’t support Bluetooth. Since it's showing up in the BIOS, I'm guessing you might have the Wi-Fi version after all.
You could try downloading the Intel Bluetooth drivers directly from Intel's website instead of ASUS's. If you don't see any Bluetooth entries or any unknown devices in Device Manager, it could mean Bluetooth isn't available on your system, it's turned off in the BIOS, or there might be a hardware problem.
What's the exact brand and model of your computer? Knowing that might give us some clues about the issue.

Yeah, I tried that, but it didn't seem to help. The file didn't fix anything.
