I'm experiencing weird issues with my network while trying to download stuff. Normally, my speed is fine, but when I start a download, it suddenly spikes to 70 Mbps and then completely drops to 0 for an extended period before shooting back up again. I'm using an ethernet connection, but I'm puzzled about what's causing this and how to resolve it. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey! Is this download speed issue happening on just one device or across your whole network? If it’s isolated to one device, which one are you having trouble with?
It might depend on where you’re downloading from. If your speed tests are showing high speeds but you’re lagging on certain downloads, the source could be the problem. For instance, downloading from Steam might be much faster compared to a sketchy site. What exactly are you trying to download that's being so slow?
I'm actually trying to update Fortnite through the Epic Games launcher, which has me really confused since downloads from random sites have been quicker! You'd think Epic would be more reliable.
