Help with Extreme Jitter and Bufferbloat Issues

I've been struggling with severe jitter and bufferbloat recently. It all started a few days ago and it just keeps worsening. After contacting my ISP, they assured me that everything is fine on their end, but testing for bufferbloat shows pretty low scores (D or C). The issues are frustrating, as I experience significant ping spikes that cause me to get disconnected from games, and even Discord lags during these spikes. Normally, I have a stable 60 ping, but these interruptions seem to happen at regular intervals. I've attempted using both wired and wireless connections, but unfortunately, neither has improved the situation. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this?

It sounds frustrating! Have you done any further troubleshooting besides contacting your ISP and switching between wired and wireless? You could try testing with another device, just to see if the issue persists. Also, try disconnecting other devices from your network and running a ping test between your laptop and router to check for latency. If the drivers are up to date, maybe asking your ISP for a line test might help? Sometimes, home setups can affect things too, especially if there are master sockets involved in your area.

Yeah, I haven't got any other devices to test with—just my laptop and a couple of TVs. I did disconnect the TVs, but it didn't help. I ran a ping test to my IP and got 3-4 ms, which seems okay. The ISP just insists there's no problem on their end.
