I recently built a new gaming PC using a Gigabyte B850M Gaming X WiFi motherboard along with G.Skill DDR5-6000 RAM (32GB total, 2x16GB), and I installed the RAM in the A2 and B2 slots. However, I'm experiencing frequent BSODs and freezes, and after running a built-in test in Windows, it indicated there are hardware problems. Can someone confirm if my RAM is correctly installed and suggest what I should do next?

You're good with RAM slots; A2 and B2 are typically correct. Check the motherboard manual just to be sure. If you're having issues, try turning off the EXPO setting in BIOS—sometimes it can cause instability. Also, make sure your BIOS is up to date, as well as your chipset and GPU drivers. If problems persist, test one stick of RAM at a time in the A2 slot to see if one of them is faulty.
Sounds like a frustrating situation! Your RAM is indeed in the right slots. Have you recently changed your GPU or is this a total fresh build? A clean Windows install can help, especially if you were facing glitches before. If possible, give MemTest86 a shot; it's often better for checking RAM compared to the Windows one.
That’s a bummer! A2 and B2 are usually correct, but it doesn't hurt to double-check. Also, have you made any changes to the GPU or anything since you built it? It might also be worth doing some more tests to rule out a bad stick or problems with the XMP profile. Good luck!
