I recently built my own computer using a Gigabyte motherboard, but I'm having trouble getting TPM 2.0 to work properly. I've attempted several troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to fix the issue. It appears that the problem might be related to the authorized timestamp, and I'm not seeing the recovery keys populate. I've reset the setup mode and returned to factory settings, but that hasn't helped. I even tried doing a hard reset using the CLR_CMOS pins, but the issue persists. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked out the guidelines on this site? They cover a variety of issues related to TPM and might provide some useful troubleshooting steps: https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-11-pcr7-binding-not-supported/
Make sure you've actually enabled TPM in the BIOS settings. Sometimes just resetting to defaults isn't enough. You might also need to check for a BIOS update if you haven’t already done that!
What specific symptoms are you experiencing with TPM 2.0? It could help narrow down the issue!
I'm getting an error saying 'PCR7 binding not possible' and it seems like a compatible TPM can't be found.
Just a heads-up, using CLR_CMOS pins is not really a complete hard reset. You should consider removing the CMOS battery completely and then shorting those pins to clear any leftover power.
Could you let us know the exact model of your motherboard and CPU? That information might help in troubleshooting your TPM issue.
I'm using the B650 GAMING X AX V2 with an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor.

The BIOS is updated and I've confirmed that AMDTTPM is enabled, but I'm still facing the same issue.
